Mr. N. Govindasamy has over 28 years of construction experience with overall project management capabilities. Previously, he has worked with leading companies such as: L&T, SPCL, ETA, Ramky, Shiva EPC, Artha ,GMB, Yuga etc. in various capacities and his achievements elevated him as Chief Technical Officer and General Manager as well. During his career he had completed several challenging projects to varying clienteles of his companies such as:BH-7, RPL, BSAL, CMWSSB, WIPRO, IIT, ASCENDAS, DLF, SFSF, India Land, Madurai Corporation-STP, 530MLD WTP, Purvankara 54 MLD STP, Artha Meadows, Artha Royal, Yuga Kalpataru, ALTA. He has keen interest with various professional associations and holds key posts with Institution of Engineers, India (IEI), Chennai Civil Engineers Association (CHECA), Builders Association of India (BAI)&Tamil Nadu Construction Engineers and Contractors Association (TNCECA)and retains up-to-date developmental knowledge. He also conducts motivational programmes, speaker in several Technical seminar-20 and assist in campus drive.

Mr. Balamurugan has 22 years construction experience in multi-story residential projects, IT Park building, Office, Commercial, Institutional, Telecom, Warehouse and related infrastructure development in medium to large scale developments. He is well exposed in aspects related to project management, project execution, client coordination, project documentation, cost management, project specifications, safety monitoring, overall planning & scheduling services. He is a good team player, enjoys hard working and willing to take any challenging tasks.
